I was blown away by my stay at this hotel! the value for money was incredible. I had a spacious one-bedroom apartment with a sleeper sofa option, giving me plenty of room to relax and socialize with my family. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. The hotel was clean, quiet, and beautifully decorated, with daily cleaning service and laundry facilities available. Lastly, the location was perfect. It was conveniently located near a subway station, making it easy to explore the city, and there were plenty of great eateries in the area. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!
Everything was absolutely perfect!

location, view from the roof.
It was difficult to find the concierge most days. The first room we had was dirty, the floor had never been hoovered especially around the skirting boards where the dust was inches thick, the curtains were also hanging off the rail and the keys did not work. We asked the concierge to arrange someone to clean the room but unfortunately this did not happen. We were moved to a better room on request but even still this needed redecorated especialy the carpets as it looked old and worn.

the studio room was very spacious and the cleaner left toiletries and coffee everyday. The location was great as we were close to the UN Building, the Empire State building and also bars and restaurants. the 24th floor rooftop terrace had amazing views of the whole city and the staff were very friendly.

Fully equipped kitchen and high-class service - I was pleasantly surprised when dirty dishes which I left in the sink were found to be washed and put in their right places.
Repairing works were being performed at hotel lobby in the lift and it smelled of paint. Perhaps that is why the concierge/receptionist was frequently absent.

The hotel is located in a very nice quiet neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is also conveniently situated right next to the University Hospital, making it a great choice for anyone visiting for medical reasons. it is close to the action, with popular attractions such as the Empire State Building and Grand Central Station just a few blocks away.
Some previous reviews mentioned that the kitchen utensils could use an upgrade, which may be a slight inconvenience for those who plan on preparing their own meals.

The suite is spacious and the kitchen is nice. The main bed was comfortable with nice linens.
The rooms have become pretty run down since our last stay several years ago. The springs on the sleeper bed are so worn out it is impossible to sleep on it. The carpet was stained and the drain, tiles and soap holder in the bathroom were broken. The place really needs renovation.

Convenience and location within the city. Walkable. Rooms are large and spacious.
Number of staff available. Good for long-term stay, but don't expect immediate response from front desk staff if there are other things going on (E.G. deliveries being received by Envoy that delayed our towel request upon arrival).

The Envoy Club Suites New York truly exceeded my expectations in every way. the value for money was outstanding. Compared to other hotels in NYC, this hotel offers spacious and well-furnished rooms at a great price. Secondly, the attention to detail was impeccable. From the fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary plates and utensils to the huge king sized bed in the rooms, every aspect was thoughtfully considered. Additionally, the location in the Murray Hill area was perfect. Situated next door to the hospital, it offered a sense of security, and the proximity to local eateries made dining options convenient.
All was absolutely fine during my stay.

GI stayed in a studio in early February, room was fine, good relationship quality/price for NY. Overall, good location, close to UN (5´ by bus, 15´ min walking), and NYU Hospital. Several options for dining out nearby. Safe area. Recommended for families or groups, or if you want to have more space than in a standard hotel room and cook at home.
Staff was not very friendly but able to assist if required.

The fact it was very close to the NYU hospital where my brother was a patient. This hotel is an excelent value. It is really a furnished apartment with everything included, stove microwave, dishwasher, china silverware. It is first class! Pay the up charge for the one bedroom. It is not much more $
The lock on the door on room 604 is difficult to open.

Spent Xmas at a hotel in a great location near restaurants and shops. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious and clean with a kitchen and comfortable bed. They even had a rooftop terrace with a stunning view of the city skyline, which was a great bonus.
The decor was a little outdated and the noise from the street was audible at times, which made it hard to sleep. The bathroom was also a bit small, but still functional.

It's a great location, no complains! (Tip: don't try the Mexican restaurant on the corner 3 blocks before....!).

Conveinence to NYU.
Didnt receive discount when informed I would by NYU. Heater would wake you up when it came on. No warm robes as advertised on the site. Inability to secure luggage for a few hours after check out.
